MBA KICK FIT
CARDIO - STRENGTH - COMBAT
Our fantastic Kick-Fit class has been running for over 10 years now. Led by the lovely Nicole (Mrs McGowan) this class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Whether you are brand new/returning to fitness or a regular fitness fanatic this class will give you a great workout.
A combination of (non-contact) martial arts based exercises, cardio intervals and strength & toning work will get you going!
CADETS - HIGHSCHOOL S1-S4
CONFIDENCE - EMPOWERMENT - BEING PART OF A TEAM
We are incredibly proud of our Cadets Programme and how it empowers our young adults as they progress through adults.
Our self defence training will help them guard against the dangers of peer pressure and social media as well prepare for a physical attack.
SENIORS - 16+
PERSONAL GOALS & EMPOWERMENT
People can start martial arts training at any age, and do so for a variety of reasons. Our Seniors class is a mix of parents, young professionals, mature students and young adults who started training with us at a young age.
Some start for confidence, fitness, self defence or just to learn something new. Whatever your reason for starting martial arts, we will help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
Beginners are always welcome.
