TAEKWON-DO MOOSAS: AGES 6-8
6-8 years old is a fantastic age to start TaeKwon-Do. Training contributes to the development of motor skills, coordination and balance. It is also a key stage in childhood development where good habits and bad habits are formed in relation to their health and activity.
