We've all tried the gym and for many people it's hard to keep a routine going over time. Here at MBBA fitness we've had great success with our members who come week in week out to our group fitness classes. It's the feeling of being part of a team that really helps people stay motivated.
The first thing you'll notice about our group fitness classes is the fun and friendly atmosphere. New members are made to feel very welcome and the classes are designed in way that no matter your current level of fitness you get a good workout.
We keep the classes varied so that it's fun and challenging with different elements such as, cardio intervals, body-weight resistance training, circuit training, kettle-bell exercises, easy to follow martial arts movements and padwork (hence the kick in kick fit).
Kick fit runs on Monday at 9:30am, Wednesday 6:00pm, Friday 6:30pm
Remember we cater for all fitness levels, so no matter what shape you're in just now you will get a great workout.
